Whether you're conducting legal ceremonies at our Register Offices, bespoke celebrations at stunning Approved Premises, or vow renewals in beautiful countryside settings — you’ll be helping people mark life’s most meaningful milestones.
💍 What Does a Celebrant Do?
Our celebrants deliver:
- Legal weddings at Register Offices and Approved Premises (hotels, estates, and more)
- Celebration ceremonies (do the legal bit at a Register Office, then celebrate anywhere!)
- Civil partnerships and renewal of vows
- Citizenship ceremonies — both group and private, on behalf of the Home Office
Every ceremony is unique, heartfelt, and memorable — and our celebrants make that happen.
🎤 What Skills Do You Need?
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Confident public speakers with excellent presentation and communication skills
- Organised and punctual, with strong time management
- Able to work to tight deadlines and manage a busy diary
- Calm, assured, and able to lead with professionalism
- Fluent in high-standard English, both spoken and written
- Happy to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
